Peptide Protocols is a reconstitution calculator and reference tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Using it creates no clinician–patient relationship of any kind.

What the calculator does

• Takes a vial strength, a volume of bacteriostatic water and a syringe barrel — all of which you supply.
• Converts a figure published for that compound into the equivalent number of units on that barrel, and the volume in millilitres.
• Warns you when the result will not fit the barrel you chose, and when it falls between two graduation marks.

What it does not do

• It does not tell you what to take, how much to take, how often, or whether anything is appropriate for you.
• It does not check anything against your health, your medications, your allergies, your pregnancy status, your kidney or liver function, your bloodwork, or anything else about you. It knows none of it.
• It does not verify that the contents of your vial match its label. If the strength you enter is wrong, every figure downstream of it is wrong.
• It does not sell, supply, source or recommend any product, and it has no relationship with any manufacturer or seller.

About the figures

The amounts shown are compiled from published literature and labelling for each compound. They describe what has been published — nothing more. They may be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. A published range is a description, not a target, and being at the bottom of one is not a reason to climb.

Several compounds listed have little or no human safety data at all. Some are studied only in animals. The presence of a compound here is not a statement that it is safe, effective, or fit for any purpose.

Your responsibility

• Confirm every amount with a licensed clinician who knows your history before you act on it.
• Check every figure against the vial and the syringe in your hand. Pay particular attention to whether your barrel is U-100 or U-40: a unit on a U-40 barrel holds 2.5× the liquid of a unit on a U-100, and drawing a U-100 unit count on a U-40 barrel delivers 2.5× the amount.
• Many compounds listed are prescription-only, or are not approved for human use, where you live. Whether you may lawfully obtain, possess or use them is yours to establish, not ours.

Emergencies

Never use this site in an emergency. If you think you have taken too much, or you feel unwell after a dose, contact your local emergency number or a poison control centre immediately. Do not stop to calculate anything.
